Process to start NEW water/sewer service

 

*This Procedure can be completed in person at City Hall.  

*We offer the documents online, however, there is one in office needed for each account.

If Renting a residence, the deposit and connection fee required is $175.00

Other Documents Needed:

• Signed Information Sheet

• Signed Service Agreement

• Signed Shut Off Policy

• Copy of a Photo ID

• Copy of the Rental Agreement

If Purchasing a residence, the deposit and connection fee required is $150.00

• Copy of the Closing Document showing transfer of ownership
